Over the last 14 years UK Alpaca has established itself as a trustworthy manufacturer of high quality luxury knitting, crochet and weaving yarns all made from British alpaca fibre. Collecting around 10,000kg of fleeces from over 120 alpaca owners in the UK we carefully sort, hand class and grade to ensure only the best quality fleeces move onto the knitting yarn processing chain.
We offer an extensive range of natural and dyed shades in Chunky, DK and 4ply counts, based on our Superfine alpaca/wool and our Baby alpaca/silk blends and six shades in Suri alpaca 4ply for that extra drape and lustre.
