The Scottish Yarn Festival Ticketing and Event Policies 2024

Tickets for the Scottish Wool Producers Showcase 2024 will only be available in advance from our website.

Wristbands must be worn at all times and clearly visible.

All tickets are issued by email and print outs / paper copies or a copy on your phone must be brought to gain entry. Proof of transaction on PayPal is not a valid ticket and neither is a screenshot of your web basket or similar. The Scottish Yarn Festival retains the right to refuse entry to anyone who turns up without their electronic ticket. Staff and volunteers are unable to look up financial transactions relating to purchase at any time during the Scottish Wool Producers Showcase.  If tickets are bought in multiples (for example, booking tickets as a group of friends) then the entire party should arrive together as tickets cannot be duplicated.

Your ticket/s will be sent to the email address you have provided at the time of purchase once our systems have confirmed successful payment. Copies of your ticket will not be re-issued or sent to alternative email addresses – please make sure you enter it correctly in the first instance and check your spam / junk folder if it is not received within 48 business hours of purchase. We do not issue tickets by post. Re-sale of tickets or wristbands is strictly prohibited. Gifting of used wristbands to others is strictly prohibited.

Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased.  The Scottish Yarn Festival reserves the right to amend the vendors and presenters in attendance.  Refunds will only be provided in the instance that The Scottish Yarn Festival has to cancel the entire event or individual events as applicable.  In this instance the Festival Team will endeavour to refund all affected parties within 28 working days.

Accompanied under 16s gain free entry to our general areas (no ticket needed.)  Wheelchair and mobility scooter users, or those using two walking sticks or crutches may bring one companion free of charge to assist them in the general areas of the Dewars Centre.  The name of your companion should be registered in advance with the ticket holder’s name and ticket number to hello@thescottishyarnfestival.com to allow us to monitor capacity numbers and also to prevent fraudulent claims.  All areas of our event are mobility aid accessible. Other concessions and group discounts are not available, however if you have any other additional support needs that we have not listed that mean you are unable to attend out event without a companion, please contact us on hello@thescottishyarnfestival.com to discuss this further prior to ticket purchase.
