Claire founded Cookston Crafts around a kitchen table in 2015 as a way to share her love of all things craft. As the business grew, she completely refurbished an old steading to create a dedicated workshop space, where she could teach crochet, knitting and machine sewing classes as well as host monthly get-togethers
Claire’s passion for colour and yarn has also led her to hand-dyeing on a variety of bases and she especially likes to seek out locally spun yarns.
